Thank you so much for visiting my consulting website! For over 30 years, it has been a humbling honour to work in service to communities all across the world. I am a keen student and practitioner of dialogue, deliberation, and community engagement. Most recently, I spent 14 years on Kamloops City Council. I am a Past President of the Union of BC Municipalities and past Director of the Federation of Canadian Municipalities. 
Over the past few years, I have spent a considerable amount of time working with BC communities on climate action and emergency management. Currently, I am supporting projects related to supporting street entrenched citizens, value added prefab wood affordable housing, training for locally elected leaders, and mitigating wildfires.
